About the position

The Client Services Manager role at Fragomen offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment focused exclusively on immigration services. This position involves managing client relationships, delivering strategic guidance, and optimizing immigration policies for a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to startups. The role emphasizes a consultative approach, leveraging business intelligence and data analytics to provide innovative solutions and exceptional service. Client Services Managers are expected to lead projects, mentor staff, and contribute to business development efforts while ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall client relationships, ensuring adherence to timelines and protocols.
  • Drive client objectives with a client-first mindset.
  • Address client escalations and provide accurate reporting.
  • Guide clients in improving their immigration policies and programs.
  • Develop and execute legal strategies on a global level with clients.
  • Advise clients on service delivery and immigration compliance issues.
  • Collaborate to launch innovative solutions to immigration challenges.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with clients.
  • Deliver training on global immigration trends and compliance obligations.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring compliance with firm standards.

Requirements

  • MBA or JD preferred.
  • At least eight years of experience in a senior capacity with an immigration law firm or corporate immigration function.
  • Comprehensive understanding of immigrant visas (IV).
  • Management experience strongly preferred.
  • Client-service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to translate complex subjects into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using MS Word and Excel.
