About the position
The Client Services Manager at Randstad North America, L.P. is responsible for managing the client workforce and acting as an on-site extension of the client's HR function. This role involves building strong partnerships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing effective employment solutions. The position requires regular travel to client sites and focuses on recruitment, selection, onboarding, and coaching of employees.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client
- Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction
- Screen and select candidates according to client-specific job profiles and workforce forecasts
- Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations
- Offer innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions
- Provide services that consistently delight clients and talent
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish Skills
- 3+ years of business experience in a leadership position
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
- 1+ years in hiring, onboarding and training highly advantageous
- Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
- Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups
