About the position

The Client Services Operations Analyst Intern role at Intapp involves supporting the Client Services team in various operational tasks, including pre-sales activities, data management, and project initiation. This hybrid position is designed for individuals looking to gain experience in enterprise software solutions within the legal and professional services sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Services Sales Ops team with processing Statements of Work (SOW's) and services setup through the pre-sale stages.
  • Proactively manage the scoping queue for incoming scoping requests from the sales team.
  • Partner with Services Sales Ops to maintain deal and pipeline accuracy in Intapp's CRM platform.
  • Review SOW's and services setup ahead of contract requests to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with ad-hoc CRM reporting requests for the services team.
  • Partner with other internal departments through the contract lifecycle to support quick turnaround of services contracts.
  • Review forecast future staffing capacity demands and gaps.
  • Track trends in resource usage and assign appropriate staff to meet project needs.
  • Prepare utilization, staffing, and any ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Participate in weekly sales and staffing calls.
  • Provide first line technical support to the Client Services and Strategic Consulting organizations.
  • Own the timely creation and updating of projects in OpenAir, including generating proposal projects.
  • Assist with OpenAir administration and maintenance.
  • Develop system expertise and identify systems/process enhancements.
  • Efficiently triage and escalate issues that fall under adjacent internal teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Intapp's CRM platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with project management tools like OpenAir.
  • Knowledge of the legal or professional services industry.
  • Previous internship experience in a client services or operations role.
