About the position

The Client Services Operations Representative at PWG Network Solutions is a pivotal role responsible for managing partner relationships within the wireless Aggregation business. This position serves as the main point of contact for wholesale partners, ensuring their operational needs are met and facilitating effective communication across various levels of the organization. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the onboarding of new wholesale partners by inputting various setup requirements specific to each wholesale partner's business model.
• Proactively maintain communication channels with our partners through phone, email, web conference, etc.
• Maintain records of partner interactions and change requests.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners on specific issues that are outside of their profile maintenance, collaborating with internal teams to resolve these issues.
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Operations to support wholesale partner relationships.

Requirements

• One or more years of work experience in Operations in an account management/B2B support role.
• One or more years working for a telecommunications provider or technology company in Operations or another account support role is ideal.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel.
• Demonstrated experience in adapting to shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated experience with quantifying and resolving ambiguous problems as a critical thinker.
• Demonstrated experience driving incremental improvement.
• Demonstrated experience as a self-starter.
