About the position

The Client Services Representative role at Broadridge is a remote, contract position focused on maintaining effective communication with subscribers and providing customer education on digital tools. The representative will handle a high volume of calls, support clients with product knowledge, and promote Broadridge's services. This temporary role is expected to last approximately 12 months, with the potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, managing a high call volume of 30-50 calls per day.
• Provide product support and customer education, logging call notes in CRM and JIRA applications.
• Maintain client relationships focused on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Educate clients on product and program enhancements, tracking communication with clients.
• Facilitate information flow to all relevant parties and complete additional projects as assigned.
• Guide customers through Corporate Client Intranets, policies, and procedures.
• Research previous and current account activity to resolve issues or answer questions.
• Enter issues for Development to investigate further and follow up with customers on resolutions.

Requirements

• Strong customer service experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to work in a team environment and relate well with various personality types.

Nice-to-haves
