Client Services Representative

The Client Services Representative role at Pathfinders Inc. is designed for an organized and detail-oriented individual who will manage customer interactions and support the firm's operations. This position involves handling a high volume of calls, maintaining customer records, and building relationships with clients, all while ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues. Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
• Submitting/Accepting client orders made via email or online
• Corresponding with clients/court personnel

Requirements

• College degree is preferred
• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
