About the position

The Client Services Representative at Bellagala plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for wedding clients. This position involves proactive communication, administrative support, and payment management, serving as a key point of contact between clients and the company. The representative collaborates with divisional managers to maintain smooth operations and clear expectations for both clients and artists.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, including balance collection, contract inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Proactively address client questions regarding payments and artist expectations.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from sales to client services by accurately capturing and documenting client details.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to provide excellent service.
• Collect and relay important client feedback to the operations team.
• Collaborate with divisional managers to support clear communication between clients and artists.
• Efficiently multitask across various platforms, including HubSpot, Google Docs, Asana, Shopify, and internal portals, to ensure timely task completion and client satisfaction.
• Provide on-call support during weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Google Docs and HubSpot.
• Strong customer service skills and experience in client services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves
