The Client Services Specialist - Marketing role at CBRE is designed to provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of sales professionals within the commercial real estate sector. This position plays a crucial role in assisting the team in achieving their business plan objectives by preparing various marketing materials, proposals, and presentations. The specialist will coordinate the distribution of both internal and external marketing information, ensuring that all communications are clear and effective. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for capturing documentation necessary for processing broker commission payments and will support sales team members in implementing business strategies. This includes conducting client property tours, addressing client issues, and responding to pricing inquiries. The specialist will also assist in strategizing and creating marketing campaigns for specific properties, serving as a key point of contact for the sales team regarding information requests. Additionally, the role involves sourcing properties and clients through research in local and national databases, tracking communications from these sourcing activities, and building property marketing campaigns that encompass the design of flyers, brochures, and proposals. The specialist will maintain and update marketing database systems, intranet, and external websites, while also collecting and analyzing data to identify and address complex problems. The position requires the ability to suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency and to communicate effectively, especially when dealing with conflicting demands. Overall, the Client Services Specialist - Marketing is integral to the success of the sales team, impacting both their performance and the overall objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Capture documentation to complete voucher forms and process Brokers commission payments.
  • Support Sales team members in the implementation of business strategies.
  • Perform client property tours, resolve client issues, and reply to client pricing inquiries.
  • Assist in the strategy and creation of marketing particular properties.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the sales team for information requests.
  • Source properties and/or clients by researching local and national databases.
  • Track and report on replies and communications from sourcing activities.
  • Build and produce property marketing campaigns that include property information materials.
  • Design flyers, property brochures, and proposals.
  • Develop comparable market analyses and targeted mailing lists.
  • Maintain and update marketing database systems, intranet, and external website.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify and address sophisticated problems.
  • Recommend new techniques based on data analysis.
  • Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are relatable.
  • Suggest improvements to processes to increase the efficiency of the team objectives.
  • Assess and communicate difficult content in a concise and logical way.
  • Identify and respond to conflicting demands.
  • Comprehend instructions, communications, and memos and ask questions to ensure comprehension.
  • Write routine reports and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required with 3 years in an administrative role working with professionals and 2 years in the Real Estate industry.
  • Active state real estate license preferred.
  • Ability to present information to a large group of employees.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and conduct basic financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of how to abstract a lease and familiarity with financial terms and concepts.
  • Sophisticated detailed and quantitative skills are required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, and web publishing skills.
  • Ability to edit basic templates in Power Point and/or InDesign.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of continuous change.
