Responsibilities
- Assist clients with technical support related to medical billing processes.
- Train clients on the use of the system and troubleshoot reported issues.
- Test new software releases to ensure proper functionality.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and web access.
- Build strong working partnerships with clients to enhance their operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in medical billing and medical office environments.
- Strong knowledge of medical office flow, including coding and claims filing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products.
- Effective communication skills and ability to problem-solve.
