About the position

The Client Services position at Advantage xPO involves managing client communications and ensuring the timely processing of files and services. The role requires a blend of professionalism, strong communication skills, and attention to detail to handle various tasks such as creating program documents, tracking submissions, and managing billing processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying discrepancies and will assist in RFQ analysis and proposal documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute program documents and proposals.
  • Track and monitor acceptance of submissions and provide access for file submissions.
  • Ensure timely processing of files and communicate with clients regarding the status of processing.
  • Ensure completion of services required and final billing is created and sent to clients for payment.
  • Assist with RFQ analysis and proposals.
  • Help with program documentation and Landing Page creation and testing.
  • Track all submitted files through completion of processing and acceptance from the IRS and billing to Re-seller/Client.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with MS Outlook and MS Excel.
  • Experience with PJM (Production Job Remote Position).
  • Must have own PC equipment for this position.
