About the position

The Client Social Media Content & Community Manager at YMU Group is responsible for managing and innovating social media content for Tom Daley and the Made With Love brand. This role involves coordinating creative strategies, building online communities, and ensuring effective content delivery across various social platforms. The position is primarily remote, with a focus on engaging audiences and meeting business objectives through social media marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage community and channel activities across all social media accounts for Tom Daley and Made With Love.
• Create and maintain a social content schedule with clear weekly deliverables.
• Collaborate with Tom's video editor to ensure content is posted in the correct formats for each platform.
• Provide content and trend suggestions for social channels.
• Develop new ideas and creative strategies to connect with audiences across existing and emerging platforms.
• Assist in delivering branded content commitments for Tom and Made With Love.
• Plan and manage social marketing rollouts for key launch campaigns.
• Utilize social reporting and analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of strategies and present findings to management.
• Source and brief content creators such as crafters and knitters as needed.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Canva for creating social media graphics.
• Experience in social media management, particularly for eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to produce and edit video content is desirable.
• Knowledge of video monetization strategies is advantageous.
