About the position

The Client Solutions Analyst II serves as the primary liaison for standard client service requests, focusing on desktop solutions, servers, LANs, and printing services. This role involves providing leadership to Client Solutions Analyst Trainees and regularly communicating with management teams to enhance client services and support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis and requirements gathering with clients.
  • Install and implement solutions at client locations.
  • Conduct hardware installation and network/database troubleshooting.
  • Assist with multiple teams and projects to ensure project goals are achieved according to plan.
  • Interact with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • BA or BS degree in Computer Science, software development, or related technology field preferred.
  • Experience in .NET, SQL, and HTML.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to act as a team player across multiple teams within the enterprise.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Efficient use of technology, resources, and time.
  • Quick learner who applies current information to applicable tasks.
