About the position

The Client Solutions Architect at Zones, LLC is a pivotal role focused on supporting strategic customers by leading and shaping large product and service opportunities. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to drive growth, client retention, and satisfaction while achieving operating and margin targets. The role involves significant collaboration with sales teams and stakeholders to develop comprehensive architectural plans and solutions that align with client needs and Zones' business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand service opportunities in assigned accounts.
• Develop and present creative solutions and services that align with customer priorities and Zones' offerings.
• Maintain comprehensive architectural plans focusing on Digital Workplace, DataCenter, Cloud, Network, and Security architectures.
• Own end-to-end solutions incorporating digital workplace technologies, data center infrastructure, cloud services, network systems, and security measures.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful implementation of architectural solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in information technology pre-sales or solution architecture with leading Technology Consulting firms.
• Experience in Professional Services and Managed Services on multi-million-dollar deals.
• Knowledge of vertical industry trends across Retail, Healthcare, Utility, and Technology.
• Ability to articulate solutions compellingly in written and oral presentations.
• Deep understanding of cost and price benchmarks for products and services.
• Strong knowledge of product vendors and services providers in the IT space.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in a globally distributed team.
