  • Select well-matched candidates for client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and contract professionals.
  • Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or experience in an IT-related field.
  • Strong desire to build a career in business development with proven closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Combination of business development and account management skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Proven track record of success and self-motivation.
