About the position

The Client Specialist / Graphic Designer at Image360 North Dallas is a versatile role that combines graphic design with client interaction and marketing responsibilities. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, including graphic design, client communications, and marketing efforts, while ensuring high-quality service and organization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' needs and develop solutions based on those needs.
• Manage client walk-in traffic, incoming & outgoing calls, emails, etc.
• Act as a conduit between the operations team and clients to ensure strong client service, timeliness, and quality.
• Systematic estimate management and follow-up.
• Update client records and purchasing history.
• Market to pre-existing clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain client contact information in an organized and presentable method.

Requirements

• Experience in graphic design with knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Marketing and customer service experience desired.
• Experience in Microsoft Outlook and POS systems.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
