About the position

The Client Success Agent at National Debt Relief is responsible for providing exceptional voice support to clients enrolled in the debt settlement program. This role involves making and answering calls, maintaining account documentation, and building positive relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and service. The position is fully remote and requires individuals to work in a fast-paced environment while exemplifying the company's core values.

Responsibilities

• Utilize client relationship management software (Salesforce) to respond to customer calls and address concerns.
• Resolve client inquiries and complex scenarios with confidence and relationship-building skills.
• Support clients with empathy and subject matter knowledge.
• Document client discussions clearly and concisely.
• Present settlement proposals to clients for approval.
• Guide clients through discussions about next steps towards their financial goals.
• Assist clients facing legal action from creditors and provide guidance.
• Escalate issues to managers or other departments as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a relationship-based support role.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a financial or banking organization preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Ability to de-escalate stressful situations.
• Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
