The Client Success Agent at Skyline Promotions is a full-time role focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This position involves collaborating with a dynamic team to provide tailored solutions to clients, while also managing customer interactions and addressing any concerns that arise. The role is essential for maintaining the company's reputation as a leading sales and business consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered by our clients, and teaming up with fellow Sales Consultants to provide excellent sales service.
• Acquire and retain client information and adequate product knowledge by attending daily staff meetings to stay on top of current trends, sales promotions, and industry changes.
• Execute proven sales tactics by identifying key decision-makers and determining buying criteria.
• Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic demeanor to build a sense of comfort and trust.
• Exceed sales targets by being able to offer solutions to multiple customer needs with the complete library of products and services offered by our clients.
• Develop and nurture relationships with the customer in your given territory to create repeat business and generate a referral pipeline.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, or communications is encouraged.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, account management, or sales position.
• Superior critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, self-directed person who is able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
• Ability to work proficiently independently as well as in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices and the aptitude to learn quickly.
