As a Client Success Agent, you will be responsible for operational activities related to customer accounts. This professional position involves resolving customer service issues, monitoring provider activity and assignments, negotiating service rates, and ensuring compliance with service contracts. You will work cooperatively with customers, independent service providers, and internal departments to ensure that all service expectations are met. This role is not a sales position and does not offer commissions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly and informatively. You will need to be able to multi-task effectively and meet or exceed deadlines. Flexibility and the possibility of overnight travel may be required. The position is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer service issues related to customer accounts.
  • Monitor provider activity and assignments to ensure compliance with service contracts.
  • Negotiate service rates with independent service providers.
  • Work cooperatively with customers and internal departments to meet service expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service agreements.

Requirements

  • One year of experience managing small to mid-size customer service contracts in the janitorial or floor care industry.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
