About The Position

The Client Success Assistant at Scout Security plays a crucial role in supporting the Client Success Manager by managing various administrative functions and engaging with clients. This position is designed for a proactive individual who can handle administrative tasks while also contributing to client initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and supporting the company's growth.

Requirements

• Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
• Attention to detail and well organized
• Proven time-management skills
• Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field; OR two years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience
• At least 2 years experience with general administrative support and office functions
• Basic marketing, social media management, and promotions experience
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Google administrative products
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with various individuals
• Ability to analyze data and report on findings to management
• Ability to think independently and creatively, assuming appropriate responsibility and authority within the guidance of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client visits
• Generate proposals and contracts
• Create and edit social media content
• Interface with third-party vendors for collateral
• Attend and represent the company at client meetings and trade shows
• Manage administrative duties related to client success
• Generate client emails, proposals, and contracts
• Provide administrative support to the Client Success Manager
• Assist with reports and dashboards
• Update CRM to support the Client Success team
• Develop and implement retention programs such as email and digital campaigns
• Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns
• Maintain healthy relationships with the client base
