About the position

The Client Success Associate role at Verisk Maplecroft involves providing exceptional support to corporate accounts in the Americas, ensuring clients maximize the value of their subscriptions. This position requires collaboration with various internal teams and a focus on client engagement and retention through excellent service and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales account managers by contributing to client engagement activities.
  • Produce actionable client insights through data analysis or projects.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Technology, Analytics, Product, and Research teams to achieve commercial goals.
  • Drive client adoption of subscriptions and assist account managers with expansion efforts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to foster client advocacy and retention.
  • Maintain accurate client information in internal systems (Salesforce).
  • Interpret usage data and analyze client issues for resolution.
  • Ensure client learning materials are produced to a high standard and are up to date.
  • Gather and provide client feedback and intelligence to relevant business areas.

Requirements

  • Relevant undergraduate degree.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in a Client Success or similar role.
  • Well-developed communication skills to explain complex topics simply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail orientation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Relevant postgraduate degree.
  • Strong written communication and analytical skills for learning materials.
  • Experience in a global Client Success team supporting a Sales team.
