About the position

The Client Success Associate at Titanium Legal is responsible for managing client communications and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle high-pressure situations and is committed to fostering strong client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily client communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Handle client inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates and reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Good computer skills in MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe, Nitro PDF and online web browsers.
• Experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
• A team player who is willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
• Proficiency in using technology and client management systems.
• Previous legal experience is preferred but not required.
