About the position

The Client Success Associate at Tymetal Corp. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service within the Inside Sales team. This role involves working closely with customers and sales representatives to develop quotations, respond to technical inquiries, and manage projects from order entry to installation. The position emphasizes teamwork, communication, and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and/or Outside Sales Representatives to develop quotations for gate products and systems.
• Respond to technical product inquiries and follow up on sales leads with the goal of closing every sale.
• Work closely with engineering to assemble and distribute custom submittal packages for pending orders.
• Enter sales orders in a timely manner to ensure production lead times and delivery promise dates are met.
• Perform project management for larger projects, monitoring the sale from order entry to product installation at the job site.
• Collaborate with outside sales, engineering, manufacturing, and shipping to ensure smooth information flow and effective communication with customers.
• Resolve customer service issues, including quality and delivery problems, to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• AAS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read project plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Computer proficiency, specifically in MS Word and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ERP and contact management software.
