About the position

The Client Success Associate at Privia Health is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the Florida market, ensuring exceptional account management and client satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with various teams to support clients' digital presence, overseeing compliance requirements, and providing top-notch customer service to physician practices. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively while leveraging technology for reporting and project planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional account management in the FL Market.
  • Work with Operations Consultant teams to support markers of success for market clients.
  • Oversee the successful completion of compliance requirements by all needed participants.
  • Collaborate with other Privia teams to drive the success of clients' digital front door presence.
  • Assist with changes, updates, and ongoing issue resolution for clients.
  • Serve as a communication liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure prompt response and resolution.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to physician practices to ensure issues are resolved and clients are satisfied.
  • Provide regular status updates to the Sr. Director of Practice Operations via meetings and communications.
  • Be well versed on Privia's processes and technology platforms, including AthenaHealth EHR and Practice Management platform.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on administrative and IT-related issue tracking and resolution.
  • Work closely with clients to launch participation in available group purchasing options.
  • Provide key market updates via professional communications to all clients in the portfolio.
  • Help with ongoing projects that benefit the broader market and contribute to operational excellence.
  • Leverage technology platforms for reporting needs, project planning, and EMR assistance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of previous healthcare experience required, preferably working with physicians and medical group staff.
  • Experience in technical project management in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Experience in a hospital or physician office setting, including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes.
  • Fluent in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Must possess reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work with different professional levels of stakeholders, including clinic leadership and providers.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
