About the position

The Client Success Associate at Arrive Logistics plays a crucial role in managing daily operations for existing and new client accounts. This position focuses on delivering operational excellence through load building, scheduling, tracking shipments, and providing timely updates to both internal teams and clients. The role requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who can work independently and collaboratively across departments to ensure the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage load board on a daily basis, including detailed data entry in load building and scheduling.
• Track shipments and review available loads, ensuring overall execution and closing out loads accurately.
• Obtain pickup and delivery appointments from shippers and consignees within the customer's network.
• Deliver effective and timely communication with Carrier representatives and customer contacts regarding pickups, deliveries, and tracking updates.
• Develop a strong understanding of the customer's committed lanes and make informed decisions on accepting or rejecting loads.
• Expand relationships with customer contacts through timely and professional communication.
• Work with Business Development and Carrier counterparts to navigate issues and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Maximize profitability by analyzing appointment times, flexibility, and other attributes to secure the best possible rates.
• Prioritize exceptions and provide timely updates to customers in collaboration with the Carrier team.
• Proactively communicate with management regarding potential concerns for aging shipments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study preferred.
• Proven demonstration of commitment and work ethic in a school or work setting.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Polished communication skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
• Confidence in executing verbal and written instructions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
