About the position

As a Client Success Associate at Farmer's Fridge, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client service needs, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. This role involves handling client tickets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance client engagement and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client tickets in Zendesk, ensuring timely and accurate responses to requests and issues.
  • Address routine client service needs and resolve issues quickly, escalating more complex problems to the Senior Account Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with clients regarding service status, issue updates, and general inquiries.
  • Prepare and deploy mass client communications on a quarterly, biannual, and/or annual basis depending on the information being requested.
  • Work with Sales, Operations, fulfillment, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the timely resolution of client issues.
  • Input and manage client data in Salesforce, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist in gathering client requirements for badging and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Assist the Senior Account Manager in major client lifecycle events such as installations, moves, and removals.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a client services or account management role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred but optional.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
