About the position

The Client Success Associate serves as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. This role involves understanding client needs, analyzing product offerings, and implementing strategies to enhance sales within designated territories. The position requires active participation in meetings, collaboration with team members, and a focus on achieving sales quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned clients.
  • Analyze and evaluate clients' product offerings and territories to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Identify and dissect assigned markets to increase sales for clients.
  • Attend daily meetings and participate in sales/client analysis discussions.
  • Achieve weekly sales quotas and network with other Client Success Associates when quotas are not met.
  • Attend quarterly conferences when qualified and network with clients and territory managers.
  • Work collaboratively in a group setting, coaching and managing other individuals working for the same client.

Requirements
