About the position

The Client Success Associate at Alliant plays a crucial role in supporting sales and business development efforts, ensuring timely service delivery, increased revenue, and high client satisfaction. This position involves coordinating project planning, managing communications, and reporting tasks while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communications with clients and internal teams to provide excellent customer support and relationship management.
  • Support sales teams with fact-gathering, pricing, and technical input for proposals and project schedules.
  • Create internal work requests and external proposals/statements of work, and schedule data projects.
  • Ensure product delivery and quality meet statement of work order requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving value and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain daily updates of CRM information and document sales activity and client information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across all business units to ensure consistent communication.
  • Stay current with marketing technology and data industries as well as Alliant products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business field with 1+ years of experience in a B2B sales organization or equivalent education and experience.
  • Demonstrated passion for sales and customer service.
  • Strong understanding of direct mail and digital marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience in direct marketing, digital marketing, or database development.
  • Previous experience supporting sales teams for data, analytics, or software solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to develop client relationships.
  • Outstanding business writing and presentation skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using a CRM database and business reporting software applications.
  • Ability to anticipate and manage difficult customer situations.

Nice-to-haves
