About the position
The Client Success Associate role at Verisk Maplecroft involves providing exceptional support to corporate accounts in the Americas, ensuring clients maximize the value of their subscriptions. This position requires collaboration with various internal teams and a focus on client engagement, retention, and advocacy through excellent service and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Support sales account managers by contributing to client engagement activities.
- Produce actionable client insights through data analysis or projects.
- Liaise with Marketing, Technology, Analytics, Product, and Research teams to achieve commercial goals.
- Drive client adoption of subscriptions and assist account managers with expansion efforts.
- Provide high-quality client learning materials and maintain accurate client information in internal systems.
- Interpret usage data and resolve client issues, acting as the voice of the customer.
Requirements
- Relevant undergraduate degree.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in a Client Success or similar role.
- Well-developed communication skills to explain complex topics simply.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving and organizational skills.

- Strong written communication and analytical skills for learning materials.
- Experience in a global Client Success team supporting a Sales team.
