About the position

The Client Success Associate serves as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. This role involves understanding client needs, analyzing product offerings, and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned clients.
  • Analyze and evaluate clients' product offerings and territories to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide support from initial contact through the entire sales process, including closing procedures.
  • Identify and dissect assigned markets/territories to increase sales for clients.
  • Attend daily meetings and participate actively, prepared for sales/client analysis.
  • Meet weekly sales quotas and collaborate with other Client Success Associates when quotas are not met.
  • Attend quarterly conferences when qualified and network with clients and territory managers.
  • Work collaboratively in a group setting, coaching and managing other individuals working for the same client.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  • Capability to develop and deliver meetings and presentations.
  • Professional appearance and positive company image maintenance.
  • Ability to multi-task and excel in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
