About the position

The Client Success Coordinator at Valued Pharmacy Services plays a crucial role in managing client relationships and optimizing prescription benefit programs. This position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure effective integration of clinical initiatives and support for clients in navigating their prescription benefits. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication, making it essential for enhancing client satisfaction and program efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate member and specialty pharmacy calls for the Specialty Copay Assistance Program (SCAP).
  • Assist in finding financial assistance for specialty members through the Patient Assistance Program (PAP).
  • Identify new Individual Medication Management (IMM) drug utilizers and maintain records in CRM Zoho.
  • Manage client and broker reporting requests, including PBM adhoc reporting and custom reports.
  • Ensure data integrity through monthly audits and collaboration with the BI team.
  • Maintain CRM Zoho with updates to ensure accurate client documentation.
  • Send weekly AI Alert Emails to brokers and clients regarding high dollar claims and other outliers.
  • Collaborate with PBM partners to resolve escalated member and plan issues.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience in pharmacy, benefit management, healthcare, or related industry.
  • Basic communication skills for effective verbal and written communication.
  • Learning agility to proactively expand skillset and resolve issues.
  • Strong people skills to foster positive working relationships.
  • Perseverance to meet deadlines and exceed goals.
  • Critical thinking skills to explore alternative solutions.
  • Technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 360 suite, Zoho CRM, and other relevant platforms.
  • Resiliency to adapt to continuous change and stress.
  • Basic math skills for applying mathematical concepts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Ring Central virtual phone system.
  • Knowledge of Xevant data management platform.
  • Experience with Monday.com project management platform.
