About the position

Adelaide Metrics is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee client relationships, ensuring a seamless experience and a strong partnership. This role is pivotal in promoting transparency in media quality through evidence-based metrics, driving the adoption of Adelaide's AU metric across various brands and agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, providing support before, during, and after campaigns.
  • Articulate Adelaide's value proposition and recommend optimizations based on data insights.
  • Drive adoption of Adelaide's AU metric across brands, agencies, and partners in media planning and buying.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to strengthen relationships and expand your portfolio.
  • Partner with the Analytics team to deliver impactful reports, including custom analyses that align with client objectives.
  • Act as a product expert, guiding clients through Adelaide's measurement data.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Account Management team for seamless campaign setup.
  • Support AdOps for smooth implementation and execution of campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or advertising.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Skilled in data visualization and interpretation.
  • Proficient in Excel for data handling and analysis.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
