About the position

The Client Success Manager at Thysse is responsible for managing and nurturing existing client relationships within an assigned client base. This role focuses on anticipating client needs and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery, from planning and consultation to pricing and follow-through. The position emphasizes building trust and satisfaction with clients while driving business growth through effective communication and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer expectations are being met or exceeded consistently.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and maintain exceptional relationships with key client individuals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development to grow Thysse business with assigned clients.
  • Increase client satisfaction by aligning their needs with appropriate Thysse products and services.
  • Manage agreements and contracts as necessary.
  • Document and track client interactions and progress in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal Project and Job Managers according to Thysse operating guidelines.
  • Provide accurate project details for pricing in accordance with operating guidelines.
  • Coordinate complex projects, including shipping and unique projects.
  • Anticipate and prioritize projects for on-time delivery, coordinating with clients as needed.
  • Conduct post-mortem evaluations of projects for process improvement.
  • Advise customers on strategies to achieve desired outcomes when appropriate.
  • Conduct Client Value Reviews (CVR) to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of related work experience in B2B sales, account management, project management, marketing, or customer service within the printing industry.
  • Experience in print industry, direct mail, packaging, signage, or marketing agency preferred.
  • Strong computer skills in Google and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes effectively and maintain professionalism.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
