About the position

The Client Success Manager, Automotive will act as the primary lead for executing digital marketing campaigns for clients, ensuring that their business needs are met and maximizing return on investment. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing solutions and the ability to manage and optimize campaigns effectively. The position focuses on client satisfaction, revenue generation, and account retention through strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfillment of all digital advertising product orders for assigned accounts
  • Hands-on management and optimization of PPC search campaigns through proprietary platform and search publishers
  • Proactive monitoring and optimization of all campaigns with direct communication with product delivery teams
  • Lead creative development process in collaboration with client success, sales, and design teams to ensure messaging achieves client marketing objectives
  • Drive campaign ROI and suggest new solutions to assist the sales team in growing accounts
  • Proactively manage relationships with key internal and external vendors to ensure deliverables meet agreed specifications, deadlines, and standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues using best practices and support resources
  • Assist with the management of client expectations and communication of performance metrics
  • Develop account-specific value story by leveraging insights across all platforms into a cohesive campaign performance report

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations
  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns, especially Google Ads
  • 2+ years of client service/account management experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions including SEM, Social, Display, Email, and SEO
  • Ability to manage day-to-day campaign performance and optimization
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to assess and improve marketing campaigns
