About the position

The Client Success Manager at AppLovin is responsible for driving the success of eCommerce brands by optimizing performance advertising campaigns. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their advertising goals, implementing tailored strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize results. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape the client experience for a new business line and contribute to significant growth for partners.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage new/existing e-commerce brands to understand their performance advertising goals and optimize campaigns with the right creative and landing page strategies.
  • Employ a consultative approach, building trusted relationships with Heads of Marketing/Growth to help unlock budgets for maximum impact.
  • Understand what matters most to your partners and implement tailored action plans to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the broader AppLovin Client Success, Business Development, and Sales teams in the region.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent AppLovin, building your industry knowledge and fostering meaningful relationships with key partners.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
  • At least 3 years of client-facing experience working with digital marketers (ecommerce experience preferred).
  • Understanding of the mobile ad & ecommerce ecosystems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with platforms like Shopify is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Balances operational and analytical skills, capable of acting both as an operator/analyst and a trusted advisor when necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
