About the position

The Client Success Manager & Executive Assistant at Ak Social House LLC is a hybrid role that serves as the primary point of contact for clients while also providing executive support to the CEO. This position is crucial for managing client communications, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to foster client relationships and support executive tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all clients, ensuring prompt, clear, and professional communication.
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns efficiently, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and provide updates.
  • Oversee website, funnel, and email marketing project requirements, ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and revisions to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Manage project milestones from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are aligned and executed to deliver complete, polished projects.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the staff, relaying requirements, feedback, and updates effectively.
  • Oversee the media team to ensure that content, website builds, and email campaigns meet client expectations.
  • Manage task delegation, monitor progress, and ensure all teams are working in sync.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs by staying two steps ahead in all related tasks and deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling follow-up communications.
  • Assist in strategic planning and execution of special projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Analyze client interactions, identify pain points, and implement improvements for better client experience and project delivery.
  • Regularly report on project status, client satisfaction, and areas of improvement to the CEO.
  • Gather insights to enhance service delivery, optimize processes, and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in project management and coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-haves
