About the position

The Client Success Managers mission is to drive client satisfaction by identifying and building value for customers through professional execution of Delagets customer management process. A demonstrated focus on personal development and accountability is critical to success. This person is a key member of our team and will effectively develop and execute strategies to (1) create brand and industry expertise that builds value for clients, (2) establish strong client working relationships and (3) understand and advocate client best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and maintaining excellent client relationships, acting as the primary liaison between client and Delaget
  • Act as a consultant or advisor to clients; identifies opportunities for up-selling additional Delaget products or services that benefit clients
  • Personal accountability for driving revenue and meeting or exceeding quotas in assigned territories
  • Consult with clients to increase engagement with Delaget solutions
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Develop skills and responsibilities that help customers utilize the full range of Delagets offerings to achieve business needs and realize success criteria of our customers
  • Maintain in-depth product, industry trend, competitive and technical knowledge
  • Collaborate with National Account Executive(s) on product, industry trend, competitive, and technical knowledge to ensure consistency in the new and existing client sales process
  • Recommend service improvements to Product team that would enhance or extend the services provided to clients
  • Coordinate with National Account Executive, Implementation Specialist, and Solution Consultant to ensure client knowledge transfer after a new setup or training is complete
  • Re-train clients to ensure proper understanding of Delaget solutions
  • Manage client expectations and escalates issues/concerns when needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues and cross functionally in support of client needs
  • Exercise discretion and independence in carrying out such responsibilities
  • Delight our prospects and customers

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate and balanced judgment in consideration of both our prospects/customers and the company, and in matters of significance
  • Be or quickly become an expert in restaurant operations, loss prevention, analytics and SaaS
  • Ability to translate and clearly communicate (both oral and written) business issues and technical information to individuals with varied levels of expertise
  • Expert user of technology, specifically, MS Office and Outlook, and Salesforce
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in business or marketing
