About the position

The Client Success Manager will act as the primary lead for digital campaign execution, focusing on enhancing client experience and achieving campaign results. This role involves collaborating with sales staff to advise clients on leveraging marketing solutions to meet their business objectives, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through effective management of client relationships and marketing plans.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with client representatives through routine interactions.
  • Develop and advise on marketing strategies by understanding client expectations and identifying opportunities.
  • Lead the creative development process to ensure optimized messaging and advertising assets.
  • Proactively manage relationships with internal and external vendors to meet deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues while creating innovative solutions.
  • Drive campaign ROI and assist the sales team in growing accounts.
  • Manage client expectations, communication, and performance metrics.
  • Incorporate evolving technologies into the client solution delivery process.
  • Build and optimize Search Engine Marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of general marketing practices and client relationship management.
  • Ability to leverage LocaliQ media service offerings effectively.
  • Experience managing day-to-day campaign performance and assessing trends.
  • Desire and ability to analyze and interpret data for clients.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management and marketing campaign management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Communications, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns.
  • 3+ years of customer service/account management experience.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $43,000 to $65,000, with variable compensation based on role and performance.
