About the position

The Client Success Manager for the Marine Division at Storable is responsible for fostering strong, long-term relationships with marine industry customers. This role involves serving as a subject matter expert, guiding clients on best practices to retain and grow their accounts while mitigating risks. The position is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance the user experience and product capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver value and customer satisfaction through all stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Help customers achieve their business goals.
  • Serve as a product, company, and industry ambassador educating prospects and customers on the capabilities of our platform.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing by providing customer insights on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary interface to manage and resolve all customer issues.
  • Identify and forecast risk as well as growth opportunities within our portfolio.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Client Success, Implementation, or Client Support experience.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility by understanding and addressing client requirements.
  • Demonstrated analytical, relationship-building, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage the challenges of handling multiple accounts while providing excellent client service.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms with a strong Accounting and Bookkeeping component.
