About the position

The Client Success Manager for Mortgage Broker Solutions at CoreLogic is responsible for managing the onboarding process of customers post-sales and ensuring ongoing account management. This role focuses on maintaining revenue from assigned clients while identifying opportunities for additional solutions and products. The position emphasizes compliance, customer usage, and overall satisfaction, making it crucial for driving client success and engagement within the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the process of customer onboarding (post sales) into management of account.
  • Maintain revenues from assigned clients and further penetrate the client account by offering additional solutions and products.
  • Ensure that all compliance issues are identified and communicated to the client.
  • Handle cancellations, credits, and refund requests of Product / Platform / Report migration strategies.
  • Drive overall customer usage through recommendation of training sessions and additional solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years related experience in account management, client success, and/or sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional phone demeanor.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to focus on goals and develop a work plan that produces desired results.
  • Knowledge of front-end systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in the mortgage industry is preferred.
