About the position

The Client Success Manager will lead the execution of digital campaigns for clients, ensuring campaign results align with their business objectives. This role requires collaboration with sales staff to leverage marketing solutions effectively, focusing on client satisfaction and account retention through strategic campaign management.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with internal and external client representatives through routine interactions.
  • Develop and advise on marketing strategies by understanding client expectations and identifying opportunities.
  • Proactively manage relationships with key vendors to ensure deliverables meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to determine improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and create innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Drive campaign ROI and assist the sales team in growing accounts by managing client expectations and performance metrics.
  • Incorporate evolving technologies into the client solution delivery process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns.
  • 3+ years of client service/account management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management.
  • Mastery of key technologies and systems for managing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop account-specific value stories and present findings effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of ad management, billing, and workflow management platforms.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to assess and improve marketing campaigns.
