About the position

The Client Success Manager for Priority Based Budgeting at Tyler Technologies is responsible for delivering high-quality knowledge transfer services to clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize Tyler's products for their daily operations. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their workflow and requirements, facilitating knowledge transfer sessions, and maintaining a positive relationship between clients and the company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional services such as consultation and education to clients on the Tyler Priority Based Budgeting products.
  • Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on site or virtually.
  • Educate users on product functionality, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Recommend options for new approaches in client work processes to ensure efficient interface solutions.
  • Identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for specific interface design/development, forms, reports, and other relevant changes.
  • Document client issues, communicate agendas, and submit trip reports, timesheets, and expense reports.
  • Assist QA staff with product testing or modification testing as required.
  • Notify management of issues or unplanned events that could impact implementation effectiveness.
  • Create client-facing and internal documentation such as "quick tips" and "how tos."
  • Act as a liaison between the client and company's technical staff, conveying technical information in an understandable manner.
  • Participate in the annual User Conference and facilitate user group discussions on assigned topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
  • A minimum of one year experience as an Implementation Consultant or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of principles and concepts in Enterprise ERP Financials suite, with an emphasis on municipal budgeting practices.
  • Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office products (SQL, IIS, Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
