About the position

The Client Success Manager at Dun & Bradstreet serves as the primary post-sales support contact for customers, focusing on value and impact conversations. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams to ensure the delivery of contracted products and services, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The position also includes identifying customer training needs and facilitating additional support as required, while promoting attendance to industry knowledge sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single post-sales support point of contact for customers for value and impact conversations.
  • Coordinate with appropriate internal teams to provide necessary D&B resources.
  • Document customer use cases and KPIs, and track user adoption and product utilization.
  • Identify and coordinate customer training needs across the entire portfolio of customers.
  • Ensure delivery of contracted products/services to clients, meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs.
  • Facilitate additional customer support in various areas as needed.
  • Serve as backup to Sales AE's, SR CSM's, and other CSM's with contract management and negotiation.
  • Demonstrate products to customers as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with accessing and using various applications and systems such as SFDC, KPI, BI Portal, and Usage Reporting Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise product sets associated with business unit solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to document high-level process reviews and process maps.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Understanding of personas such as CFO, CPO, CCO, and CMO.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in sales, sales support, client service, or account management.
