About the position

The Client Success Manager at Dun & Bradstreet serves as the primary post-sales support contact for customers, focusing on value and impact conversations. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams to ensure the delivery of contracted products and services, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer training needs while supporting account executives and senior client success managers.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single post-sales support point of contact for customers for value and impact conversations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate D&B resources for customer needs.
  • Document customer use cases and KPIs, and track user adoption and product utilization.
  • Identify and coordinate customer training needs across the entire portfolio of customers.
  • Ensure delivery of contracted products/services to clients, meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs.
  • Facilitate additional customer support in various areas as needed, including Data Advisory and Customer Service.
  • Promote attendance to Industry Knowledge sessions when available.
  • Provide backup support to Sales AE's and other CSM's with contract management and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales support, client service, or account management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management (1-2 years).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise products associated with business unit solutions.
  • Ability to document process reviews and process maps.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SFDC, KPI, BI Portal, and other relevant applications.
  • Finance Solutions product certifications.
  • Ability to demo products to customers.
