About The Position

The Client Success Manager at E15 Group is responsible for bridging the gap between data products and business stakeholders, ensuring users maximize the value from analytics dashboards and reporting tools. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, client success, or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of driving successful outcomes for clients or stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to manage multiple timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Own and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Lead onboarding and configuration processes for new users to ensure successful integration into the platform.
  • Collaborate with a team of data and business intelligence professionals to enhance client experience.
  • Drive project accountability by tracking client onboarding, support needs, and training schedules.
  • Champion proactive communication by updating internal teams and users on project milestones and system improvements.
