Responsibilities

  • Own and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Oversee the onboarding and configuration process for new users to ensure successful integration into the platform.
  • Collaborate with a team of data and business intelligence professionals to enhance client experience and drive continuous improvement.
  • Track progress on client onboarding, support needs, and training schedules, establishing timelines and managing follow-through.
  • Regularly update internal teams and users on project milestones, new features, and system improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, client success, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple timelines and ensure follow-through.
