About the position

The Retail Client Success Manager at Skai is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and effective utilization of the Skai management platform. This role involves partnering with clients to enhance their marketing programs across various platforms, providing training, and driving client retention and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a consultative approach to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to drive excellence and growth of their Amazon / Google / Walmart / Criteo / Kroger marketing programs.
  • Continuously build expertise in the best practices of performance and app-centered marketing.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding the Skai platform.
  • Onboard and train clients on managing their day-to-day activities on the Skai platform.
  • Manage frontline communication with clients on a daily basis.
  • Provide value in every client interaction by understanding their business and positioning Skai as a key partner.
  • Assist Client Success Directors in driving client retention and identifying business growth opportunities.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to evaluate satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, sales, technical account management, and sales engineers to drive platform innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.
  • 1+ years of experience running Retail advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, or Criteo.
  • 4 years of work experience in marketing, advertising, analyst, account management, or client services roles.
  • Strong empathy for customers and a service mindset.
  • Demonstrable growth mindset.
  • High level of comfort in deriving actionable insights from large data sets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other basic technical tools.
  • Skai or other Retail Marketing platform experience preferred.
  • Agency experience preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in account management or client services roles.
  • Familiarity with performance and app-centered marketing best practices.
