About the position

The Client Success Manager (CSM) at Addepar plays a crucial role in driving client success throughout the post-sales lifecycle. This position focuses on ensuring clients maximize their value from the Addepar platform, leading to higher adoption rates, retention, and renewals. The CSM acts as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the client experience and gather feedback for product development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Addepar platform and apply it to client requirements and industry challenges.
  • Provide client support during implementation, business reviews, and other tasks to ensure an outstanding client experience.
  • Develop success plans for clients, supporting metrics to drive adoption and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Provide continuing education and insights to clients regarding product updates and usage patterns.
  • Assist in identifying new revenue opportunities and participate in client presentations for new projects or products.
  • Advocate for clients by building strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within an RIA or Single Family Office environment, preferably dealing with financial products for UHNW clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Technology knowledge to engage effectively with product groups and clients.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in building and improving client engagement strategies, demonstrated by improved client health and platform adoption.
  • Ability to handle demanding customers and demonstrate effective resolutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key influencers and executive presence.

  • Experience in financial technology or software solutions.
  • Familiarity with client success metrics and strategies.
