About the position

The Client Success Manager - Safety at AlignOps is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. This role focuses on maximizing product utilization, upselling new products, and ensuring strong customer retention through effective communication and strategic engagement. The position requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and driving growth through tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Guide non-safety consultant customers to bundled offerings and annual payment options.
  • Promote the company's Safety product to the appropriate target market within the customer base.
  • Ensure optimal Salesforce data hygiene by updating accounts and contacts.
  • Lead the renewal process for assigned accounts to guarantee seamless service continuity.
  • Conduct outbound and inbound client engagements to generate revenue growth through expansion sales.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver superior client care.
  • Collect and analyze customer engagement data to derive actionable insights.
  • Provide management with actionable feedback on success stories and challenges.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand and anticipate client goals, recommending product improvements and upgrades.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities to support revenue growth targets.
  • Track and report on client demand, usage trends, and key account metrics.
