About the position

The Client Success Manager at Skai is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and effective utilization of the Skai™ Search SEM management platform. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing training and technical support, and collaborating with various teams to drive platform innovation and client success. The ideal candidate will possess project management skills, technical expertise in SEM, and a consultative approach to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Skai™ Client Success Directors to actively build relationships with client partners
• Assist Client Success Directors in driving client retention and identifying business growth opportunities
• Provide initial and ongoing training to clients to enable them to effectively use the Skai™ platform
• Assist clients in basic implementation and usage of Skai™ products
• Provide technical support and search marketing best practice and strategy recommendations
• Communicate regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction
• Understand clients' business goals to anticipate future needs and help determine the ideal solution
• Collaborate closely with product development, sales, technical account management, and sales engineers to drive platform innovation
• Collaborate with Local and Social client success teams
• Solve problems and find opportunities to make clients successful
• Ensure client expectations are exceeded!

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S.
• 2 or more years of hands-on SEM campaign implementation and management experience
• Ability to understand basic SEM analytics
• Ability to perform detailed client audits to identify client needs or workflow gaps
• 2+ years experience in client services and/or technical project management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to elicit client feedback to help direct continuous improvements for the Skai™ Search platform
• Phenomenal communication skills and organized project management
• Experience collaborating with a team both locally and virtually
• Organized and methodical, with excellent time management skills
• Skai™ or other SEM platform experience preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Microsoft Excel and other basic technical experience with code such as basic JavaScript and HTML is a plus

Benefits

• Annual salary range of $80,000-90,000
• Eligibility for additional quarterly bonus compensation through incentive plans
