About the position

The Client Success Manager (CSM) at Addepar plays a crucial role in driving client success throughout the post-sales lifecycle. This position focuses on ensuring clients maximize their value from the Addepar platform, leading to increased adoption, retention, and renewal. The CSM acts as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the client experience and advocate for their interests.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Addepar platform and apply it to client requirements and industry challenges.
  • Provide client support during implementation, business reviews, and other tasks to ensure an outstanding client experience.
  • Develop success plans for clients, focusing on critical metrics to drive adoption and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Provide continuing education and insights to clients regarding product updates and usage patterns.
  • Assist in identifying new revenue opportunities for Account Managers and Product Specialists, participating in client presentations.
  • Advocate for clients by building strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in a RIA or Single Family Office environment, preferably in a client-facing role for financial products or services for UHNW clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Technology knowledge to engage effectively with product groups and clients.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in building and improving client engagement strategies, demonstrated by improved client health and platform adoption.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and situations, demonstrating effective resolutions.
  • Ability to establish relationships with key influencers and navigate all levels of an organization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in financial technology or related industries.

  • Proven track record of cross-selling or upselling in a client-facing role.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $86,000 - $134,000 plus bonus and equity.
